Who Is ProVA Renovations?

ProVA Renovations began in 2011 and stands for Professional Value Add Renovations. The company owner Steve Baranyai. brings his professional approach to every renovation project. Prior to starting the company, he had a contract in Burlington, Ontario in the late 90s with two property management companies. Steve specialized in residential maintenance for townhouse complexes and a high-rise buildings during that time; overseeing 300 units simultaneously.

After that contract was complete, Steve chose a different career path and worked in power electronics and the alternative energy sector for over 15 years. Working with corporate US headquarters to support US and Asia manufacturing sites while managing operations in the Burlington manufacturing plant. Steve learned vital skills for project planning and execution, risk management and providing ultimate customer service.

In 2011 Steve started ProVA Renovations using experience gained in a corporate environment. He brings a professional approach similar to electronics industry to renovation projects. He partnered with skilled craftsmen and trades to provide professional, value add services for customers.

We are open to your input during the planning and design phase and advice regarding material selection and budget. We are available to answer any questions or concerns through the construction phase and until the project is complete.
• We accept final payment only after walkthrough with customer is completed and signed off.
